Stair step language causes the child support to decrease to the appropriate amount when the oldest child turns 18. ONLY USE WHEN YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE CHILD. Ie - If you have two children and according to the law you would generally have to pay 25% of your net resources for two children. When and the oldest turns 18, the child support would reduce to 20% of your net resources, or whatever you and your spouse agrees to.. SEE HERE   HOW TO CALCULATE CHILD SUPPORT BEFORE COMPLETING OR PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT.

Please know if you plan on covering the children or your spouse is covering the children, so that the system can prepare the form correctly.
10a).- Who is covering or plan to obtain or has health insurance for the children which are the subject of this
          suit:
Note: If you select "Parents can not afford insurance", be aware that most courts will not accept this position, so the law and this system will have language for you to obtain government based insurance.

For Female applicants only or if the applicant is the husband and he believes the female in the marriage would like to change her name back to her maiden name.
